Paul Smith
is an Australian Business Man and Accountant.
He was born and grew up in Melbourne, Australia.
He lives in Brisbane now.
Razor Fade Barber Shop was the brainchild of Paul, Joseph and
Carmelia .
Joseph and Carmelia brought their many years
of experience in the industry to provide a high quality service to the City of Brisbane. While Paul
utilised his business management experience to run the backend of the business

He is now seeing the results of his hard work and dedication. His devotion to
excellence and customer service will see his many happy loyal customers return time and
time again.
Joseph'story
Joseph, exhibits a calm and friendly personality and discovered his passion for barbering at
the tender age of 14 in his home country of Syria. Over the next 23 years whilst living in
Lebanon he developed his skills and experience to become a top notch barber. Joseph
moved to Australia and has been working hard to establish himself in the industry here.
Joseph's mission now, is to develop and grow his own store Razor Fade Barber Shop Milton.
Carmelia
Carmelia Esther started her career as a Young Hairdresser & Make-Up Artist after finished studying at Johnny Andrean Hairdressing and Beauty School in Jakarta, Indonesia in 2006
and also Pivot Point International.
She moved to Australia did her apprenticeship and completed her Certificate 3 in Hairdressing at the Queensland Hairdressing Academy (QHA) Brisbane. She is Fully Qualified in Australia and fulfills all the legal requirements to operate her own Salon/Barbershop.
She spent time working in a number of different salons and barbershops in and around Ipswich & Brisbane.
In addition to her Certificate 3 in Hairdressing, Carmelia has also completed Certificate 3 in Barbering and Diploma of Beauty Therapy & Make-Up Artistry from TAFE Queensland and can perform a number of other services related to Personal Grooming.
She is also a Photographer - Internationally Published Photographer.
Her Photos has been published in Several International Magazines including MARIKA Magazine, Edith Magazine, Top Posters Magazine, Gmaro Magazine, The Vixen Girl Collective Magazine San Diego USA, 17:23 Magazine, AK Fashion Magazine New York USA.
